1. Production & Processing Time
All MyNeon signs are manufactured directly after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. Here is our meticulous step-by-step creation flow:

Master artisans shape the high-grade LED neon flex tubing and precisely mount it onto your custom selected backing.
Every sign undergoes rigorous stress and voltage testing to guarantee luminous balance, durability, and safety standards.
Signs are securely fitted inside protective honeycomb foam and extra-rigid outer boxing to ensure transit safety.
* Total estimated production timeline: 1–2 weeks before dispatch. Please note that manufacturing slots do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once your masterwork passes final inspection, it is dispatched via premium secure global couriers:

For international locations, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on localized regulations. These handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers must provide precise delivery data at checkout. MyNeon is not liable for structural delays or failures stemming from wrong addresses, failed access, or refused shipments.
If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 7 calendar days with photos of the item and box. Once verified, we will arrange a priority repair or replacement build immediately.
